Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Cardiff - £32k package

Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join an innovative, dynamic and well-established brand on a permanent basis in Cardiff.  They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent ideally with Valuation experience who will have the opportunity to progress into a management position. 

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a small but fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for:

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Carrying out Valuations
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Sales Progression

Skills Required:

• Estate Agency experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license and car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, alternate Saturday 10:00 – 16:00 with day off in lieu.
