The practice prides itself on its strong training ethos, with a team that includes GP Trainers, Retainers, and a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Serving a diverse patient population of approximately 13,000, the practice offers a supportive and structured working environment with a focus on continuous learning and development.

As a high QOF achiever, the practice maintains excellent clinical standards while prioritising GP wellbeing through efficient workload management. The team consists of 7 GPs, 1 GP Retainer, 4 Practice Nurses, and 1 Nurse Associate, supported by Clinical Pharmacists who handle prescription sign-offs to reduce administrative burden. Regular in-house educational programmes, including ‘CPD with lunch,’ ensure ongoing professional development in a collegial setting. The practice also benefits from streamlined admin processes, a buddy system for smooth onboarding, and a manageable patient load—allowing GPs to focus on delivering high-quality care.
