We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-run signage manufacturer based in Leeds that’s built a strong reputation for quality and reliability across the UK. Known for their friendly team and supportive workshop environment, they’re now looking to bring a Bench Hand Operative on board to support growing demand.

This role is ideal for someone confident using tools in a workshop setting—no signage experience is required, just practical know-how and a willingness to learn.

• Assisting in the fabrication and assembly of aluminium signs

• Operating chop saws, guillotines, press brakes, and handheld tools

• Supporting general workshop duties as part of a collaborative team

• Learning and developing new skills with full training provided

• Hands-on experience using tools in a workshop, fabrication, or construction environment

• Good attention to detail and a practical, can-do attitude

• Someone reliable, punctual, and happy to get stuck in

• A team player who takes pride in their work

Mon- Friday
