They’re looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer—someone bright, motivated, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll join a collaborative team, work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, and receive support from experienced engineers who want to help you thrive.

What you’ll be doing as their Junior Manufacturing Engineer:

• Getting hands-on with aerospace components and learning how they’re made, assembled, and tested

• Supporting process improvement projects on the shop floor

• Working closely with senior engineers and production teams to solve real manufacturing challenges

• Using tools like CAD, quality systems, and lean methodologies (training provided!)

• Building the kind of technical confidence and experience you can’t get from a spreadsheet

What we’re looking for :

• A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline

• Some experience in a hands-on or technical role—this could be from a placement, project, or your current job
