Responsibilities:

• Build and execute cohesive marketing strategies tailored to diverse audiences

• Ensure all marketing efforts align with overarching business priorities and customer needs

• Drive strategic initiatives that raise brand visibility, increase customer interaction, and strengthen loyalty

• Plan and launch effective campaigns that resonate with both individual customers and business collaborators

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support relationship building and commercial growth

• Lead the development of compelling content that communicates brand value and drives results

• Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine marketing direction

• Stay informed on competitive movements and broader industry shifts to uncover new opportunities

• Present clear, actionable insights to key teams to support data-informed decisions

• Inspire and support the ongoing growth of a high-performing marketing team

• Oversee the allocation of marketing resources and ensure optimal budget utilisation

• Take the lead on planning and delivering both internal and external events to enhance brand experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior-level marketing role

• Strong digital marketing background with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, content, and analytics

• Solid understanding of both B2C and B2B strategies

• Excellent team leadership and coaching skills

• Data-driven, commercially aware, and customer-obsessed

• A confident communicator with standout copywriting and stakeholder engagement skills

• Passionate about creating meaningful, purpose-led marketing
