 What You’ll Be Doing as a Lead Engineer:

• Take full ownership of the product’s architecture and detailed mechanical design
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the entire product and its sub-systems
• Balance robust engineering with a keen eye for industrial design and user experience
• Collaborate across product and engineering teams to bring technically challenging concepts to life
• Play a key role in shaping the product’s future during a pivotal growth phase
• Drive the product from concept through to delivery, ensuring high quality, safety, and reliability standards are met

 What We're Looking for in a Lead Engineer:

Within 6 months:

• You’ll be fully across the current product design landscape
• You’ll have built strong relationships across engineering and product teams
• You’ll be confidently working within the company’s systems and culture

Within 12 months:

• You’ll be delivering or enabling the delivery of high-quality, production-ready design
• You’ll be a go-to expert on the product, with a strong technical voice in the business
