New Homes Sales Consultant/Manager - Birmingham - up to £30k basic Generous Commission (OTE £80k)

A fabulous opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join this leading independent brand in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham.  The role is suited to someone with New Homes experience or an experienced Estate Agency with some knowledge of New Homes.  They are offering an attractive package with uncapped commission.

 

  • Arrange property viewings 
  • Market, negotiate, and administer new homes sales. Produce compelling property details and undertake all necessary steps to market properties effectively.
  • Oversee the sales process by liaising with all parties involved, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions from inquiry to completion.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while developing new connections with potential clients and developers.
  • Increase revenue and profitability through achieving agreed business targets, actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally, addressing enquiries and issues as they arise.
  •  Promote related services such as valuations, finance options, second-hand sales, and lettings to add value to the client experience.
  • Proactively liaise with the Sales Department to keep them informed about new homes developments, ensuring seamless departmental integration.
  • Actively promote and update all areas of social media and online portals to enhance the visibility of new homes listings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sales databases and CRM systems is preferred
  • A proactive approach to client relations and business development

 

Mon – Fri: 8.45am - 5.30pm

Every other Saturday

On site parking space included
