These are long-term contracts, running for a minimum of 12 months, with opportunities for ongoing work after that. If you can carry out heavy structural welding on site including 60mm butt welds and want reliable, well-paid work with digs covered, this could be your next move.

The Role - Site Welder

• On-site structural welding across multiple live projects
• MIG and MMA welding, with full penetration and 60mm butt welds
• Working to detailed welding procedures and high-quality standards
• Following strict site safety protocols
• Monday to Friday work, with weekend overtime available
• Digs provided for those working away from home

This Site Welder job is ideal for someone confident working with heavy gauge steel, who knows their way around a coded weld and can produce solid results under pressure. You'll be part of a well-run, safety-first team delivering essential infrastructure projects.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Site Welder in a structural steel environment
• Confident with heavy plate welding (60mm) butt welds, fillets, full penetration
• Ability to follow welding specifications and quality control requirements
• CSCS card required ideally with relevant site safety training
• Own basic PPE and tools (specialist kit provided on site)
• Flexibility to work on-site in Gloucester, Nottingham or Grantham
