Orion is partnered with a well-established business whose hub is based in Lancashire, which is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to work in a CNC/Precision Machinery Environment!

Field Service Engineer Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of CNC and Precision machinery

• Electrical maintenance and service experience – Fault finding, using test equipment, power supply replacement

• Perform planned maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns

• Experience with Fanuc and Okuma Controls an advantage

• Comply with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment

Field Service Engineer Experience:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in a CNC or Precision machinery environment

• Electrical maintenance experience

• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of EDM Machinery

• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations
