NOT YOUR AVERAGE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER ROLE

You’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge, in-house-built machinery, fault-finding, tweaking, commissioning, and improving. Working closely with engineers and operators, you won’t just maintain equipment, you’ll help shape it.
This is a real-world, sleeves-rolled-up role in a high-commitment team where everyone pulls together. When something breaks, it’s all hands on deck. When something works better, it’s because of you.

The Role:
  • Keep production running smoothly
  • Reactive & preventative maintenance
  • Manage critical spares and documentation
  • Support new machine commissioning
  • Collaborate with Engineering & R&D to boost uptime
What You’ll Need:
  • Mechanical & electrical maintenance experience
  • Confident with tools, drawings, and suppliers
  • Calm, methodical, and solutions-focused
  • Bonus: PLC knowledge
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
