Location: North London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a Junior Systems Accountant to join their finance team based in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual with experience in Power BI, SQL, and VBA.
The successful candidate will support the development of financial systems, automate reporting processes, and collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial systems and reporting tools
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis
- Automate processes using VBA
- Support month-end and year-end reporting
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation
- Degree in Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and VBA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Salary up to £35,000
- Hybrid working model
