What You’ll Do

You'll work hands-on with intricate electro-mechanical components, assembling and repairing electric rotors, stators, armatures, and more. From soldering tiny connections to performing technical tests, your craftsmanship will help drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delicate subassembly from technical drawings

  • Electro-mechanical assembly of small, precise components

  • Soldering (thru-hole, surface mount, and hard soldering)

  • Conducting mechanical and electrical reliability tests

  • Performing quality inspections and documentation

  • Using tools and measuring instruments with confidence

  • Supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • Experience in fine assembly or electro-mechanical work

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and SOPs

  • Skilled in soldering and using hand tools

  • A methodical, logical mindset

  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and time management
