Weybridge, Surrey Mon–Thurs: 9:30pm–7am £25–30k Bonus No weekends Christmas shutdown

Looking for a solid, long-term nightshift role with a company that actually values its team? We’re hiring for a Nightshift Warehouse Operative in Weybridge. Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift experience is essential – and so is being reliable and drug-free. Simple.

• £25,000 – £30,000 basic discretional annual bonus (group, branch & personal performance)

• Monday to Thursday nights only – 9:30pm to 7:00am

• Fridays (5pm–11pm) optional and paid as overtime

• Permanent, full-time position

• Christmas shutdown

• Free on-site parking

• A workplace with low staff turnover, a supportive team, and real stability

• Receive and dispatch goods

• Pick and load customer orders accurately

• Perform stock control and quality checks

• Operate Reach or Counterbalance forklift (essential)

• Follow strict safety procedures to keep the warehouse running smoothly

• Experience in a busy warehouse environment (high volume/pick rate)

• Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift licence

• Night shift experience (or be comfortable working nights)

• Clean and sober work ethic – no recreational drug use

• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude

• Ideally, knowledge of Schelling cutting saws (training provided if not)
