Lettings Accounts - Crosby - £25k (Salary Negotiable dependent on experience)

This is a rare and great opportunity to join this leading Lettings agent based in Crosby who have been established for many years.  They are looking for a Lettings Accounts person who will be dealing with arranging payments to landlords, landlord reports, paying contractors, data recording, working with the rental payment system, issuing Section 21 and Section 8 notices, chasing rents and deducting outgoings from the rents in preparation for monthly payments. This role will involve accurate data inputting and accuracy of information so that the accounting / recording systems are maintained.

Essential Skills Required:

• Accounts experience essential

• Ability to work on own initiative
