We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join a fantastic team that values professionalism, customer service, and teamwork. With an excellent local reputation and a supportive, friendly environment, this well structured lettings department is a brilliant opportunity.
What’s in It for You?
- Strong Salary – £30-35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Fabulous monthly commission potential - £4-5000 in annual comms on top of basic
- Discretionary annual bonus
- OTE of £40-45,000!!!
- Monday to Friday role
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
- Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
- Conduct viewings
- Perform tenant screening
- Preparing agreements for tenants
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs and enforcing rules of
- occupancy
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedule
- Negotiating contract renewals
- Preparing inventories
- Regular communication with owners
- Knowledge of both tenant and landlord laws
What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential for this role
- Ideally you will have done some front end lettings during your career, this is not essential but the willingness to carry out viewings is
- ARLA qualification (a plus, but not required
- Excellent organisation & attention to detail – You will thrive off keeping everything running smoothly!
- Strong communication & customer service skills – Building great relationships with landlords & tenants
- A cool, calm attitude under pressure
