Lettings Negotiator – Benefits

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Play your part in helping to continue to build the brand and reputation in the local marketplace.
• Work with existing landlords to ensure their properties are let quickly, efficiently and to high standards
• Conduct property inspections
• Deal with property maintenance for a portfolio of approx. 150 units
• Generate and book viewings for available stock
• Organising pre tenancy paperwork
• Dealing with general incoming calls and emails from tenant and landlords
• Ad hoc office duties

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a lettings or property management is desirable
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• Use of your own vehicle is essential for this role
• You will be a customer centric individual with a keen attention to detail, a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to ensure a quality and seamless service is provided.
