Our client is seeking a skilled and strategic Business Systems Manager to lead the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of our enterprise systems. This high-impact role is responsible for aligning IT solutions with business operations, driving innovation, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals and operational strategies
• Supervise IT staff to ensure proper configuration, updates, and optimization of John Deere systems
• Lead strategic planning for future system needs, building a high-performing team to support business expansion
• Analyze user processes and provide cross-functional ERP solutions that support business efficiency
• Develop and document application configurations, system processes, and project requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define system features, workflows, and data requirements
• Support system implementations through training, testing, and go-live troubleshooting
• Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution for end users

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Solid background in equipment or automotive dealership environments
• Proven expertise in ERP system design, configuration, integration, and support
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, inventory, service, and sales departments
• Proficient in data handling, basic database principles, and system troubleshooting
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
