We’re a market leader in the design and manufacture of our product, and we’re looking for a talented Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a role where your expertise will be recognised, and your contribution will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding quickly to breakdowns and maintaining multiple machine types
• Carrying out both mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant and equipment
• Conducting effective preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and optimise output
• Identifying root causes of failure using strong problem-solving skills
• Ensuring all maintenance is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and plant upgrades
• Maintaining great housekeeping and engineering standards

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing
• Skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
• City & Guilds Level 2, ONC/HNC, Higher Level Apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
• 17th or 18th Edition (preferred)
• PLC experience plus knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematic drawings (preferred)
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
