The successful candidate must have previous Property Management experience and a desire to grow and succeed in the industry.

Property Manager – Benefits 

• £27,000 basic salary
• OTE £30,000   (uncapped commission)
• Monday to Friday only
• Parking provided
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Support with industry qualifications

Property Manager – Duties 

• Managing a portfolio of managed residential units
• Booking and carrying out property inspections and check outs
• Oversee repairs and safety checks
• Process end of tenancy administration and deposit returns
• Liaise with both Landlords and tenants
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio
• Work with the wider Lettings team

Property Manager – Experience Needed: 

• Experience in property management required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
• Self-motivated, with a genuine interest in property and people
• A team player who can also work independently
• Full UK driving licence and own car
