Lettings Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to £27k basic plus commission  (EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL)

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built a successful business in the Cheltenham and Gloucester area.  A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment, great commission package and on-going career progression.  Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Cheltenham.

Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:

• Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
• Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
• Booking and attending viewings
• Carrying out regular Landlord updates
• Negotiating offers
• Processing applications
• Dealing with customer enquiries
