Are you a driven, well-presented Sales Negotiator looking to expand your industry experience? This is your chance to join a top-performing, independent estate agency in the role of Sales Negotiator at their Bristol office.

As Sales Negotiator, what’s in it for you?

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Manage client records and feedback through our system
  • Market new stock across multiple media platforms
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
  • Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly


What we’re looking for from a Sales Negotiator:

  • Minimum of six months industry experience
  • Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT skills & attention to detail
  • A well-presented and professional approach
  • Punctuality & great organisational skills
  • Valid driving licence
