Business Central Developer (AL Coding)

108k–125k Quarterly Bonus Benefits –  Remote - Travel

I am working exclusively with a global manufacturing business headquartered in Lewis Centre, Ohio, who have recently gone live with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are seeking a skilled AL Developer to join their growing IT team.

In this onsite position, you’ll work closely with the IT Manager and cross-functional departments to enhance, optimise, and expand ERP capabilities post-implementation. The role offers long-term stability, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to work on impactful development projects within a company that has experienced significant growth over the past four years.

• Develop, customise, and extend Business Central using AL coding (essential)

• Build and enhance reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards and MS Report Builder reports

• Automate and optimise workflows across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service

• Support and maintain ERP integrations (HRIS, CRM, QMS, and others)

• Troubleshoot, manage permission sets, and provide user support where required

• Document processes clearly and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver ERP improvements

• 3 years of ERP experience, including 2 years with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)

• Proven AL coding skills with strong knowledge of ERP business processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance)

• SQL and reporting experience (Power BI, Microsoft Report Builder)

• Power BI development skills preferred

• Experience working in manufacturing environments advantageous

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder (due to aerospace facility requirements)

• Strong problem-solving ability with a collaborative and hands-on mindset

Base salary of 108,000–125,000 plus quarterly bonus aligned with IT team goals. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective after 30 days), 401k with 100% match up to 3%, and 120 hours PTO (usable after 60 days).

Lewis Centre, Ohio – onsite Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with 1 day remote flexibility.
