We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a social housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Clerk of Works covering Bristol to The Midlands area.

 
Day to Day:
Working on a social housing contract, carrying out stock condition surveys on housing association properties.

Job role:

• Visiting properties on an appointment basis
• Carrying out an inspection and writing a report
• Inputting information into an app with photos
• IT literate

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Strong background in building and maintenance
• Ability to identify property defects and upgrades required
• Ability to advise on property matters including damp
• This role would suit someone who wants to come off the tools.
