Digital Account Manager – web, mobile, email experiences
Location: London (Hybrid)
To work for a small and growing digital agency that changes behaviour through digital and physical brand experiences — all while minimising environmental impact. They are looking for a either a Senior Digital Account Manager to join their expanding Client Services Team and help deliver exceptional digital solutions for a long-term client.
Roel responsibilities:
- Manage and support client relationships across the clients’ digital platforms (web, email, mobile).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Development, Project Management) to deliver high-quality work.
- Lead client meetings, distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
- Analyse campaign performance and present results aligned with client KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
- Work in a collaborative, upbeat environment with exposure to a wide variety of projects.
Your experience :
- Experience in a digital agency, with client-facing and project management exposure.
- Passion for digital and curiosity about integrated marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a small, nurturing team with lots of accountability.
