Multi-Trade Operative
Social Housing - Eccles, Manchester

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team for a 12 week contract working on social housing in Eccles, Manchester. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on tenanted properties on both reactive and planned maintenance (mostly planned).

The pay rate for this role is £20PH CIS and it comes with a van and fuel card.

Duties of the successful Multi Skilled Joiner will include:

- Liaising with clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in a to carry out general reactive and planned maintenance in social housing.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in as many of the below duty areas:

- Kitchen and bathroom refurbs

- Joinery

- Plumbing

- Plastering - Full room plastering

- Tiling 

- Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent)

- Hold a full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)

- Have experience in Social Housing Repairs

- Have, or are willing to have a DBS check

- Hold a valid CSCS card

Van and fuel card provided.
