Damp & Mould Surveyor

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, (hourly rate depending upon experience) 

The Company:  

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level.  

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social Housing organisation who are looking for a Damp & Mould Surveyor based in and around Bristol. 

Day to Day:  

• Take ownership of a large Damp & Mould case, as well as HHSRS. 

• Complete detailed reports, identifying defects, risks and ensuring proactive remediations are in place. 

• Support the responsive repairs and empty homes delivery teams with technical knowledge 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):  

• Strong knowledge surrounding HHSRS risks and compliance. 

• Experience working in social housing  

• Must have experience carrying out Damp, Mould & Condensation surveys.
