Job Description:
Are you a driven, well-presented Sales Negotiator looking to expand your industry experience and progress? This is your chance to join a family-run, independent estate agency in the role of Sales Negotiator at their Trowbridge office.
As Sales Negotiator, what’s in it for you?
- £30,000 OTE and above (uncapped) – get rewarded for your hard work!

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
- Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
- Manage client records and feedback through our system
- Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for from a Sales Negotiator:
- Previous residential sales experience required
- Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
- A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
- Valid driving licence and own car
