A welcoming, community focused primary school in Ealing are looking to recruit three enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Play Workers for the academic year.

The Role

As an After-school club play worker, you will be providing a safe and fun environment for all the children within the provision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daily running of the after-school club
  • Leading or assisting with structured play, creative activities, and games
  • Ensuring children are safe, happy, and engaged at all times
  • Supporting with snacks and transitions between activities
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The School

This two-form entry primary school is committed to inclusion and learning for all. Pupils benefit from a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum, while staff work collaboratively to foster confidence, creativity, and resilience in every child. The school also has an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) supporting up to 24 pupils with Communication and Interaction needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

There is a strong sense of community throughout the school, where staff are valued, supported, and encouraged to continue their professional development. The site is easily accessible by public transport, with Northolt Station nearby, and parking available for staff.
