EA / Office Co-ordinator – Private Client Family Office (London)
£40,000 – £50,000 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)

We are supporting a global investment business with their London office. The office serves as the group’s finance hub and has a strong family office culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but dynamic team and play a key role in its continued success.

The London team is currently made up of CFO and finance professional, and they are now looking for a sole support EA / Office Manager / Front of House to join them. This is a pivotal role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with the office as it develops further.

The Role

This is a truly multi-faceted position where no two days will be the same. Responsibilities will include:

  • Executive Support: Managing diaries, international travel, meeting preparation, and day-to-day admin for the CFO and wider team.
  • Office Management: Ensuring smooth running of the London office, from supplies and facilities to coordination with global offices.
  • Front of House: Welcoming visitors (HNWI, dignitaries, and senior stakeholders), arranging cars, and ensuring a polished first impression.
  • Personal Support: Assisting with occasional ad hoc personal tasks (approx. 15%).

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being the “go-to” person in a sole support role. The right person will have:

  • Previous experience as an EA / Office Manager in a boutique, family office, or entrepreneurial setting.
  • Strong diary and travel management skills.
  • A polished, confident, and professional presence – comfortable hosting high-profile visitors.
  • A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get involved at every level.
