Electrician - Cardiff & North

Maintenance repairs & installs - commercial buildings 

This is a permanent contract.

A great opportunity to start a permanent electrician role in Cardiff and northern Cardiff territories. You will be working on commercial buildings such as NHS buildings, schools, university's. Work may be planned or reactive, repairs or installs. A van and fuel will be provided.

Day to day:

• Fitting sockets, switches and lights.
• Fitting outdoor emergency lighting.
• Fault finding.
• Electrical repairs within a commercial building.
• Small rewires.
• Running cables.
• Trunking.
• 2nd fix electrical installations.
• Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 - 3
• Must have previous experience in electrical work.
• 2391 test and inspection (Non essential but preferable)
• Must have 18th edition.
• Must be AM2 qualified.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Previous experience in commercial works.
• Previous experience in repairs and maintenance.
• Professional at all times.
• Good work ethic.
• Good timekeeping.
