SEND Teacher – Part-time, long-term position (4 days a week) from November 2025 until Easter 2026We are seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school community. • Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils with severe learning difficulties
• Plan and implement individualised learning programmes
• Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with families and carers
• Contribute to the wider school community and attend relevant meetings and training

Ideal SEND Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Specialises in SEND education, particularly severe learning difficulties
• Experience working in SEND settings or with pupils with complex needs
• Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning
• Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
