SEND Teacher – Part-time, long-term position (4 days a week) from November 2025 until Easter 2026We are seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school community. - Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils with severe learning difficulties
- Plan and implement individualised learning programmes
- Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with families and carers
- Contribute to the wider school community and attend relevant meetings and training
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialises in SEND education, particularly severe learning difficulties
- Experience working in SEND settings or with pupils with complex needs
- Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning
- Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
