Project Manager – Food Retail Fit-Out
Location: Within 1 hour of Bury St Edmunds (Suffolk)
Salary: Up to £65,000 Expenses Stay-Away Paid
Type: Permanent

We’re working with a leading contractor in the food retail fit-out sector, with a secure order book running well into 2027. They’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment and rollout schemes across major retail accounts.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing fast-paced food retail refurbishment / fit-out projects
• Delivering in live store environments, ensuring minimal disruption to trading
• Full project oversight: program, subcontractors, H&S, quality, and client communication
• Coordinating Site Managers and supply chain partners to keep projects on track
• Running multiple sites and working to clear deadlines

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience delivering projects in live supermarket or food retail environments
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Confident working under pressure and problem-solving on the go
• Comfortable travelling and staying away when required (fully funded)
• UK driving licence
