Carpenter – Social Housing Contract

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Rate: £21.40 per hour (CIS)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Benefits: Company van & fuel card provided

We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team working on a Social Housing contract in the Hammersmith & Fulham area.

The Role:

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.

• Complete door hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, and general carpentry works to a high standard.

• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (minimum).

• Proven experience working in social housing or property maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
