Labourer Required - North Cornwall
 

Experienced and enthusiastic Labourer/ Roofers Mate to assist the roofers and other trades on sites in North Cornwall. Social housing maintenance projects, internal and external works.

 

Benefits/ details: 

  • Permanent opportunity
  • £28,080 salary per annum
  • Van and fuel card for work use
  • 20 days holiday bank holidays
  • Pay day every 2 weeks
  • 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

 

Labourer Day to Day:

  • Clearing of building debris during works, keeping site clean and tidy
  • Assisting the roofers mainly along with other trades
  • Reporting to your supervisor/ manager
  • Using own initiative to keep busy and be helpful on site
  • Driving company van safely and responsibly


Labourer Requirements:

  • Driving licence essential you will be driving a company van
  • Good labouring experience preferred
  • Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
  • Good attitude
  • Physically fit and able
  • Honest and reliable
  • DBS will be done for successful candidate
