Role Bathroom Fitter (Housing maintenance)
Salary £24ph OR equivalent £37,000 PAYE rate
Location Eastleigh & Surrounding Area’s
Environment Housing Maintenance
The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. Initial 3X month fixed term contract, potential to go permanent.
The Role
- Multi Trade Maintenance – Full bathroom rip out and installation
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
- Bathroom fitting, plumbing, bathroom rip out, bathroom installation
Skills & Experience
- Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
