The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the East London and Essex area. This a secure permanent role.
The Role
- Multi Trade Maintenance
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
- Bathroom fitting, plumbing, bathroom rip out, bathroom installation
Skills & Experience
- Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
