• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with severe learning disabilities and complex needs
• Assist in the implementation of individual education and care plans

• Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe and engaging learning environment
• Use specialist resources and strategies to promote pupil development
• Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and reports

Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Holds relevant qualifications or experience in SEND support
