Foot Mobile Electrical FM Engineer
Permanent Up to £46,000 (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical FM Engineer to join our facilities team, covering a portfolio of 8 commercial buildings across London Zones 1 and 2.
What you’ll get:
Salary up to £46,000, depending on experience
Travel card covering Zones 1–2
Career stability with a long-term permanent role
What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Supporting up to two sites per day within Zones 1 and 2
Ensuring electrical systems and general building services are maintained to a high standard
What you’ll need:
A recognised Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent)
Strong experience in FM or building services
A proactive, reliable approach and confidence working independently
