Location Slough
Environment Housing Maintenance
The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract is with local authorities within the Slough and surrounding area’s.
The Role
- All Multi Trade works – Wet trades, Carpentry, Plumbing, Groundworks
- Changing taps, basic plumbing
- Changing door hands, basic carpentry
- Painting & decorating
- Patch plaster
- Fixing posts and fencing
Skills & Experience
- Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
- Relevant industry qualifications
