Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing provider in the Wokingham area. This is a permanent role offering long-term stability, a competitive salary, and a fully stocked van with fuel provided.

Role Overview:
You will be carrying out electrical repairs, testing, and maintenance across occupied social housing properties. The ideal candidate will be confident with day-to-day electrical work, testing and inspection, and delivering a high standard of service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties

• Testing, inspection and certification

• Fault-finding and diagnostics

• Ensuring all work is carried out to current regulations

• Providing excellent customer service to residents

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (18th Edition Level 3)

• 2391 or equivalent testing qualification preferred

• Experience within social housing desirable

• Full UK driving licence
