Senior Account Manager – Print & Direct Mail

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to be the main point of contact for the businesses top commercial, retail, and financial clients. You’ll help them succeed, grow accounts, and make sure every project runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the go-to contact for key clients, understanding their needs and goals
• Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, helping clients get the most from our services
• Overseeing projects from start to finish, on time and on budget
• Leading client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and supported start
• Keeping up with industry trends to offer smart, relevant advice

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Direct Mail and Digital Print
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A track record of growing client accounts and driving revenue
• Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
