Repairs Administrator – Social Housing
Walton-on-Thames
£16.91 Umbrella PAYE
Temporary to Permanent

Our client, a leading contractor within the social housing sector, is currently seeking a Repairs Administrator to join their team on a busy housing maintenance contract.

 

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the repairs and maintenance team, ensuring residents receive an excellent service and all works are scheduled efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging repairs and maintenance requests

  • Scheduling operatives and managing diaries

  • Liaising with residents, operatives, and subcontractors

  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Managing work orders from start to completion

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in repairs administration or social housing is highly desirable

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads effectively

  • IT literate with experience using scheduling or housing management systems (desirable)
