Director of Enterprise Architecture - Hybrid (London or Milton Keynes) 

We’re currently hiring for a visionary Director of Enterprise Architecture to lead the technology strategy and architecture function for a leading Telco business. In this role, you’ll align business objectives with technology investments, define enterprise architecture roadmaps, and enable secure, scalable platforms across cloud, OSS/BSS, and data environments.

What you’ll do:

• Shape and govern enterprise architecture standards and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, TM Forum).
• Drive digital transformation, cloud migration, and legacy modernization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to connect IT investment decisions to business outcomes.
• Lead a team of Enterprise, Solution, Data, and Business Architects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• 10 years in enterprise architecture or senior technology leadership roles.
• Expertise in telecom or network-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration technologies.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
