Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Specialist Interiors (Fit-Out & Drylining)
Location: Canary Wharf, London Salary: Up to £65,000 package

Our client, a leading specialist interior fit-out and drylining contractor (confidential), is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Canary Wharf. The company delivers high-quality commercial and residential fit-out packages, including drylining, structural infill, light steel framing, and fire-stopping, with a strong focus on technical precision and modern construction methods.

In this role, you will manage cost planning, estimates, valuations, subcontractor procurement, variations, and final accounts. You’ll monitor project performance, undertake detailed measurements, advise on commercial risk, and collaborate closely with project and site teams to drive value engineering and ensure compliance with contract and safety standards.

We’re looking for someone with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ideally with 3–7 years’ experience in interior fit-out or drylining. You should have solid commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and confidence managing subcontract packages in a fast-paced environment.
