Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to their rapidly growing team in the form of a Coater Rewinder. This globally renowned company manufacture labels and supply machinery into the food production industry.

This is working on the day shift Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm

The Role

• Operating coating and rewinding machines to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed 
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
• Performing regular maintenance on machines.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
• Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.

The Person

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (Such as Print, Packaging, Food Production, Automotive. Pharmaceutical, Plastic etc)
• Knowledge of coating and rewinding processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality output.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Salary & Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position, working on the day Monday – Friday and has a salary of £28,000.
