We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trade plumber in South London

We’re currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to jcarrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across their housing stock. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident working in occupied properties and can turn their hand to a variety of trades.

Day to Day duties: 

• Reactive plumbing repairs in domestic properties

• Diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and heating/plumbing issues

• Basic multi-trade work such as tiling, patch plastering, carpentry and silicone work

• Ensuring all jobs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard

• Customer-facing work, so a friendly and professional approach is key

• Using a PDA to manage jobs and report updates

What you’ll need:

• Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance

• Strong multi-trade skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Own tools
