About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Technical Pricing Associate to join our Mobilisation Team and support the successful transition of FM services. This position plays an important part in maintaining asset data accuracy, assisting with condition assessments, and helping to build reliable pricing for both new and existing contracts.
You will work closely with technical surveyors, estimators, and commercial colleagues to collect, verify, and analyse asset information, contributing to pricing models and supporting the mobilisation of facilities contracts across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Support mobilisation projects through on-site asset verification and desktop analysis.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing asset condition reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work with pricing and commercial teams to provide technical input for FM pricing models across hard and soft services.
• Use CAFM and asset management platforms to validate and update asset registers.
• Contribute to lifecycle costing and asset replacement planning.
• Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to gather pricing information and technical specifications.
About You
We are seeking someone who is technically knowledgeable and commercially aware, ideally with experience in FM, surveying, or estimating.
Essential Skills and Experience
• Good understanding of building services and common FM asset types such as HVAC and M&E systems.
• Experience in asset verification, condition surveys, or technical estimating.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with good proficiency in Excel.
• Able to work confidently both on-site and remotely.
• High attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Desirable
• Familiarity with CAFM systems such as Planon, Concept, or Maximo.
• Experience supporting tendering or mobilisation activities.
• Background in facilities management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
