Part-Time Sales Coordinator (Temp to Perm) – £18ph PAYE
Engineering Business Wokingham 20 Hours per Week School-Run Friendly
We're supporting a well-established engineering company in Wokingham who are looking for a part-time Sales Coordinator on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is perfect for someone who needs flexibility around the school run or family commitments, while still wanting to play a key role inside a growing technical team.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Responding to basic technical queries and helping diagnose simple installation issues
  • Preparing accurate technical quotations (training provided)
  • Coordinating with internal engineering/project teams to ensure orders meet installation deadlines
  • Processing orders, acknowledgements, and follow-up documentation
  • Managing repairs/returns through the RA process
  • Chasing outstanding quotes and keeping on top of lead times
  • Maintaining daily and weekly reporting for orders, NCRs/CCRs, and customer updates

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy technical environment
  • Confident using email, systems and general admin processes
  • Experience in a similar position
Hours: 20 per week, fully flexible around school hours.
Rate: £18 per hour PAYE.
Start: ASAP – with a genuine route to a permanent role.
