Service Centre Manager Slough
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and office staff.
- Ensure efficient depot operations and exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets, overheads, and profitability targets.
- Oversee health & safety compliance and depot housekeeping standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
- Maintain accurate reporting and KPI tracking.

- Proven leadership experience in a service-based industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and customer-centric approach.
- IT literacy and ability to manage reporting systems.
- Formal management training and evidence of ongoing development.
