 Service Centre Manager Slough

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and office staff.
  • Ensure efficient depot operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage budgets, overheads, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and depot housekeeping standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and KPI tracking.

  • Proven leadership experience in a service-based industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and customer-centric approach.
  • IT literacy and ability to manage reporting systems.
  • Formal management training and evidence of ongoing development.
