Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor covering occupied properties across South London.

Role Overview:

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

• Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard

• Work independently across Lambeth, Southwark and nearby postcodes

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants

• Temp to perm opportunity with long-term stability

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent plumbing qualification

• Experience working within social housing (preferred)

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
